Hello and welcome to the King's Lynne Apartments quarterly newsletter! We are excited to share with you the latest news and updates from our community. Community Updates

Back to School: Welcoming students back to school. Have a great year!!

Pools Closed: Both Pools will close Monday September 4, 2023

Community Forum: The community forum is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 5:30 PM. The menu for the event is to be determined.

Rehabilitation Project Update: We're pleased to report that we're now halfway through the window installations, with work commencing on the townhouses. We've received numerous positive comments from our residents. We'll continue with granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, along with new bathroom tile flooring.

Farewell Yanni: Yanni Cabera is no longer with us. She has taken a position in her chosen field and she will be missed! Wishing her the best of luck. We will announce her replacement soon.

  • One Call Now: Our One Call Now system, also known as ROBO CALL, is our method of keeping residents informed about important information and emergencies that may arise in our community. Please ensure that we have your correct information by contacting Anita at the Resident Counsel office at 781-581-7102. She can assist in setting up your preferred method of contact, whether it's through text, phone messages, or email. The choice is yours.

    Laundry Card Purchase: If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the Management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way. The gym at the community building (is only for filling laundry cards not purchasing them).

Tech Tips: Five tips for safe social media practices

  • Only accept friend requests from people you know and trust. Avoid adding unknown individuals or accounts that appear suspicious.

  • Be cautious about sharing personal information on social media platforms. Avoid posting sensitive details such as your full address, phone number, or financial information. Keep your privacy settings updated to control who can see your posts and personal information.

  • Before posting anything on social media, consider the potential impact and who can see it. Be mindful of sharing vacation plans, upcoming events, or information that could compromise your security or privacy.

  • If you come across suspicious accounts or encounter any form of harassment, spam, or inappropriate content, report it to the social media platform. Reporting such activity helps maintain a safer online community.

  • Familiarize yourself with the privacy settings offered by the social media platforms you use. Regularly review and update these settings to ensure they align with your desired level of privacy and security.

Welcome to the King's Lynne Apartments FAQ section! Below, we've compiled a list of commonly asked questions and their corresponding answers to help you make an informed decision. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.

  • Yes, King’s Lynne is a smoke free community. Smoking is not allowed in any apartments, townhouses, common areas or backyards at King’s Lynne Apartments

  • Per the Lynn Fire Department, we do not allow matts in front of apartment doors in the buildings as this posses a trip hazard should there ever be a fire. We thank for you for your cooperation with this important matter.

  • If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way. The gym at the community building (is only for filling laundry cards not purchasing them).

  • Exterminator: Our exterminator visits our community every Tuesday. If you have noticed any unwanted pests, please contact the Management Office immediately to be added to our list. Failing to report a pest sighting could potentially result in a serious problem, such as an infestation. Please call us right away at 781-581-7106.

    Maintenance Tips: If you notice any leaks, drips, or if you observe white caulking or loose grout in your tub or shower area, please contact the management office immediately to submit a service request. Please do not delay, as water seepage behind the shower or tub area can result in significant damage to the walls and floors. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

    Bathroom Vent Fans: When taking a hot shower, make sure to keep your vent fan running throughout the shower and for at least 15 minutes afterward. This will help prevent any moisture-related problems in your apartment ceiling. Remember to clean the vent fan as needed to ensure proper airflow, which effectively vents the excess steam from the area.
