Laundry Rooms are generally located on the first floor of each building. You can pay for Laundry using an app. Download, CSCPay Mobile App on Google Play or IOS. The laundry room door is locked, however your building door key will gain you access.
VACATION AND SAFETY TIPS
Check all appliances to guarantee they are turned off
Check cupboards for unwrapped food and empty the garbage
Check the refrigerator before you leave, and give perishables to a neighbor
Arrange to have newspapers and mail held until your return
Ensure that all windows are closed and locked, and that all window coverings are closed
Consider connecting a timer to lights or a radio to deter potential intruders
KEYS PLEASE
We will have your keys ready for you during office hours. We will provide you with two sets of keys, two building keys, two apartment keys and two mailbox keys. If you require additional keys there will be an additional charge, just reach out to the Management Office at 781-581-7106 to order them.
