Hello and welcome to the King's Lynne Apartments quarterly newsletter! We are excited to share with you the latest news and updates from our community. Construction Update:

  • We are currently working at 115 Ocallaghan Way installing Granite counter tops, soon to be bathroom floors and vinyl plank flooring.

  • Buildings 55 Newcastle Street and 12 Castle Rising Court will soon be measured for Granite Counter tops.

❤️Valentine's Paint Night

Families at Kings Lynne Apartments came together for a delightful Valentine's Day themed paint night, and it was a hit! Residents of all ages enjoyed expressing their creativity while socializing and making new connections. It was a lovely evening filled with art, laughter, and community spirit. Looking forward to more memorable gatherings like this in the future!

    One Call Now: Our One Call Now system, also known as ROBO CALL, is our method of keeping residents informed about important information and emergencies that may arise in our community. Please ensure that we have your correct information by contacting Anita at the Resident Council office at 781-581-7102. She can assist in setting up your preferred method of contact, whether it's through text, phone messages, or email. The choice is yours.

    Laundry Card Purchase: If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the Management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way.

    You can also purchase a card at the gym located in the community building for $5.00.

  • If you have an overflowing toilet. Please turn the silver lever at the bottom of the toilet to the off position, this will stop the water. then call maintenance at 781-581-7106.

    Garbage Disposals - be sure only to put soft food down the disposal. Let the cold water run while you have the disposal on. After the food is ground up please leave the water running for a minute to be sure that food runs through the pipe and out to the main drain.

    If you should notice anything leaking or dripping in your apartment. Please call the Maintenance number at 781-581-7106. If you should see any unwanted pests please call Angelina in the Management office at 781-581-7106. Our exterminator visits our community every Tuesday.

    Bathroom Vent Fans: When taking a hot shower, make sure to keep your vent fan running throughout the shower and for at least 15 minutes afterward. This will help prevent any moisture-related problems in your apartment ceiling. Remember to clean the vent fan as needed to ensure proper airflow, which effectively vents the excess steam from the area.

  • Check for drafts around windows and doors, and report any issues to the maintenance team promptly.

    Ensure that heating vents in your apartment are not obstructed by furniture, allowing for efficient heat distribution.

  • Keep an extra blanket or two in your living space for added warmth during colder nights.

    Invest in cozy rugs to add insulation to your apartment floors.

  • If you notice any issues with your apartment's heating system or detect unusual odors, contact the maintenance team for a quick inspection.

    Report any potential fire hazards, such as faulty wiring or malfunctioning appliances, to the maintenance team immediately.

  • Utilize the thermostat wisely, and if you experience any temperature inconsistencies, notify the maintenance team for adjustments.

    Close blinds or curtains at night to help retain warmth in your apartment.

  • Be mindful of ice accumulation near your apartment entrance; report any areas that need additional salt or sand.

    Confirm that exterior doors to common areas are closing properly to conserve heat.

  • Participate in any community-led initiatives for winter-related concerns, such as creating a shared schedule for snow removal in common spaces.

    Share your personal tips for staying warm and comfortable with your neighbors.

  • Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures specific to King's Lynne Apartments and encourage neighbors to do the same.

    Report any malfunctioning emergency equipment, like exit signs or emergency lights, to the maintenance team.

  • Stay informed about any winter events or community announcements shared by management.

    Share information about local services or resources that may be useful to fellow residents during the winter months.

  • A: Yes, King’s Lynne is a smoke free community. Smoking is not allowed in any apartments, townhouses, common areas or backyards at King’s Lynne Apartments

  • A: Per the Lynn Fire Department, we do not allow matts in front of apartment doors in the buildings as this posses a trip hazard should there ever be a fire. We thank for you for your cooperation with this important matter.

  • A: If you need to purchase a laundry card, please do so at the management Office located at 115 O’Callaghan Way. The gym at the community building (is only for filling laundry cards not purchasing them).

  • A: It is crucial to have a King's Lynne parking sticker to your vehicle as it helps in proper identification and ensures smooth parking within our community. Failure to display the parking sticker may result in your vehicle being towed. If you require assistance in obtaining or renewing your parking sticker, please don't hesitate to contact our office or visit us with your vehicle's registration for further guidance.
